Ruth's Chris Steak House

Staff is great. Nice place, I like the bar and there is a good happy hour. I just can't give them 5 because I feel the cut of meat should be better for the price point. I would hope to get a great Choice cut here and I don't think it's there.

The food was truly amazing. The service overall was very good, except for the bill. Didn't split it the first time we asked, and when they did we didn't get a pen. For a restaurant of this caliber we were a bit disappointed with the seating aswell. It didn't feel like you had any privacy. You could clearly hear people from other tables. We compared it to the 'yard house' we were a couple of days before.That said, food 10+. The service could have been a bit better, just as the seating. But that didn't take away from the great taste.

Had a late Valentine's dinner with my fiancee here. Apparently he requested special service and they had our table ready and sparkling with table scatter which was a nice touch. Everything you order here is a la carte. Except for the Ruth Special which comes with soup or salad, an entree, side dish, and cheesecake for dessert. I ordered the lobster bisque which was not bad. It needed a bit more seasoning for my taste but it was very rich,creamy, and still allowed the sweetness of the lobster to come through. I requested my filet medium, but it arrived medium well so a bit on the dry side. My fiancee's rib eye was also a bit rare so he had to have it sent back to the broiler to get it medium rare.Other than the snafu with the steak, the asparagus and creme brulee were great. The staff also provided top notch service and were very helpful making suggestions from the wine and dessert list.

The wife and I visited for our 1st anniversary. It was fantastic we had the happy hour specials. My steak sandwich was cooked perfectly, my wife's burger as well, sides were fantastic. Finished the meal with sweet potato casserole with ice cream, thank you to Amy for that one. Overall great experience, bar was quiet and inviting, drinks were great, staff attentive to my constant drink refills.

We had a girls night out and food and service was impeccable!! Joseph was an outstanding server and attended our table with elegance and professionalism. The food was phenomenal. What a perfect way to spend a night out with friends!!

What a wonderful experience this was. I thoroughly enjoyed the food here. I ordered the salmon and oh my word, it is literally the best Salmon I have ever had. It was crispy an the very top slightly blackened and the rest was moist all the way through. There was not a dry piece in there. It was served with creamed spinach and mashed potatoes, the mashed was scrumptious but I did not try the spinach. This place is not for everyone but if you have the means to come here at least once, do it. The staff was very friendly, not just a polite stiffness, but professional and friendly. Our servers for the event that I went to we're amazing, especially the tall drink of water that was easy on the eyes. For dessert I was served an espresso chocolate mousse cake with a raspberry sauce and a strawberry, I believe it is called "Sin cake" but I'm not a hundred percent sure on that. The cake is sinfully good though. I plan to come back here one day.

Good experience. The spicy shrimp appetizer was yummy. Wasn't a huge fan of the lamb. One was way under cooked compared to the other. Shall stick to the rib eye. Server was attentive. Creme brulee was the best!

Spent an evening here celebrating my husbands birthday with family. Our first experience was the bar. The bartender had a problem listening to our drink orders and served us what she thought we ordered, so that was a bummer. The restaurant is lovely and the ambience rather old school steak house, which we like. Our servers, Christy and Clay, were wonderful!

Ambience is always great! Thanks for making my proposal to my wife birthdays and anniversaries always feel special. I miss the veal it's ok though since everything else on the menu is delicious.

Just was not right. Been to original in New Orleans and nothing come to your table if not perfect. Here, first had no asparagus for Oscar or app's, second meat undercooked, third took way to long. Sorry, but still love ya Ruth...

One of the best steaks I've ever had. Great wine selection. Good atmosphere and great service. Obviously it's expensive, but it's well worth it.

Service was excellent! Very attentive and detailed. Food did take a little while to come out, but tasted really good. Could've been because we had a bigger party. Managers came around and also checked on us.

Food was amazing. Shannon was super awesome as our waiter. Love this place. The treated the birthday so we'll best ever. Name on menu and cake. Wow. Never saw that before. Best bday gift ever for my friend. $200 bucks well worth it. Love it.

We come here for our company holiday party each year so far. I always love the atmosphere and can never go wrong with the lamb chops. If you don't finish, they go good the next day with eggs for breakfast. 😋

Wow...from stellar service by Misty to amazing harvest salad to the perfectly cooked petit filet and shrimp, and wonderful fingerling potatoes and grilled asparagus, this was a truly special meal. Definitely the best we've ever had at Ruth's Chris. And this was all ordered at the bar!

So I made reservations for my wife and I for our anniversary. We arrive 45 minutes early and enjoyed a nice glass of wine in the bar. With in 30 minutes our table was ready. They had placed rose pedals on our table. We had the Ruth classic. The food to the service was some of the best we have ever received.

Simply perfect. Great, professional, and knowledgeable service. Food was cooked to perfection. Definitely will return and definitely recommend to others.

This place is great to celebrate something momentous. It is very pricey but the food has never been bad once. I just wish it was a little more budget friendly. The steak is a must buy when you go. The spinach was the best I have ever had as well.

Always excellent food. Mixed drinks are well made. Service is friendly and prompt. I ate at the bar, they serve the full menu there and it's quick when it's just you or for a couple. Not cheap but that's not why you go to Ruth's Chris.

From the lounge to the dining area, staff was professional all around. Food & drink items all excellent ... right down to dessert.

Everything here is amazing. My favorite is the Celebration Surf and Turf and my husband loves to get the Bone in Rib Eye. Great ambiance for celebrating a special occasion or just to treat yourself.

I've had better.... Service was not so great... I was asked to go air out outside as soon as entering the restaurant because when we entered the smell of weed came into the waiting area along with me from the people smoking outside... They automatically assumed it was me and was ask to go out side and air out... My Girlfriend didn't get her lobster until she was almost done with her steak... And the waiter didn't even ask if she was done with her plate and started to remove her plate... For it being a bougie place ... Service and food is ok... But not great... I recommend Flemming's for a better steak, service and over all experience...

My husband birthday dinner. Wonderful service and great food. He had a wonderful birthday. If you tell them it is a birthday they go out of they way to do it up right.

The service is second to none. They were attentive but not overly where we felt we could not enjoy our conversation without being interrupted often. My filet was perfect and so was my husbands rib eye. I always go for the sweet potato casserole and creamed spinach. Can't go wrong.

Always good. I've eaten at 5 of these restaurants across the western US and they are consistent. The food tastes the same, the wait staff are trained to do things the same way, the wine list is good.This trip was for my anniversary. I had filet and asked for it medium rare. It was perfectly warm throughout without that cooked looked. Just heard straight through. Again, the same as I have had it everytime before. My wife had the petite filet and shrimp, also cooked medium rare. Hers was a little more what I would call medium but delicious nonetheless. We each had a glass of wine, they have a good list to choose from. Appetizers were spot on as usual with the seared tuna being perfect and the stuffed mushrooms tasting fresh.Really enjoyed the food and the wait staff was just as they are everywhere else, well trained and on the mark; almost too good.

My husband and I have been to Ruth's Chris a couple of times, and every time we visit, we always have the same wonderful experience. A little pricey but I would say it's worth it because the food and service are always on point.

The dishes they serve are tasty and the team is welcoming and cooperative. Whenever we visit this place we enjoy a lovely evening. I warmly recommend this restaurant.

In the past I've had a good experience at Ruth's Chris. However, this time my experience was a 3-star or less experience due to the service. We decided to sit in the bar to enjoy a quicker meal and drinks. As always, the food and cocktails were great. However, we didn't get full glasses of water with our meal and they were never refilled, even though we were promised that he'd return with more water. We also had to wait a significant amount of time to order our second round of drinks. Then I waited with my card in hand for 20-30 minutes for our server to come back and give us the check. Luckily another server saw us waiting and gave us the check/ran the card. Again, the food and and drinks were great, but the service was poor.

My first time going here and I absolutely loved it!! Our waiter Ricky was AMAZING!! The food, atmosphere, decor... Everything was amazing. They have the Best steaks that are cooked to Perfection!

My wife and I came here to celebrate our 22nd anniversary, we were both amazed on how great the staff and management took care of us, and the food AMAZING!!!!! The best steak I've ever ate.
